三、選課及繳費資訊
  1. 暑修選課平台連結靜宜大學首頁校園帳號密碼登入連結e校園服務網「暑修選課作業」
  2. 查詢學分費:
    1. 登入連結e校園服務網暑修學分費查詢;或
    2. 登入學校首頁學雜費專區暑修專區;或
    3. 手機下載靜宜大學APP→登入MyPU
  3. 繳費通路:
    1. 列印繳費單至第一銀行臨櫃繳納
    2. 利用金融卡ATM操作繳費:選擇【繳費】,輸入銀行代號【007輸入【存戶編號(轉入帳號)輸入【繳款金額】;或
    3. 使用信用卡線上刷卡連結第一銀行第e學雜費入口網
  4. 暑修收費標準:暑修實習實驗課程依「實習實驗時數」收費,特請留意。
    1. 收費標準,以本校連結會計室網頁(靜宜大學→行政單位→會計室→學雜費公告→連結日間學制學雜費收費標準)公告資訊為準。
    2. 個案開課另計收費標準,請洽綜合業務組。
四、注意事項
  1. 請留意暑修每期修習課程(含校內課程、優久大學聯盟、全國夏季學院、SOS暑期線上學院課程、校際選課課程)總計不得超過九學分,逾九學分恕不採計,修習科目是否列入畢業學分依各系規定。
  2. 如欲申請選修他校課程(校際選課),務必先完成校際選課申請程序,請登入 e 校園服務網」點選「校際選課申請」申辦,系統操作說明詳見連結校際選課(本校至外校)申請系統操作說明必讀(靜宜大學→行政單位→綜合業務組→系統操作說明連結學生使用)。
  3. 修習優久大學聯盟、全國夏季學院、SOS暑期線上學院課程者,除完成校際選課申請之本校程序外,並需於該平台規定時間內完成註冊、選課及繳費。
  4. 暑期開課每一科目開班學生人數規定如下:
    1. 修習學生達二十人以上者。
    2. 學士班四年級及碩士班(含專班)學生修習人數達十人以上者。
    3. 未達開班人數時,如學生同意負擔開班人數之學分費,簽請開課學系主任及任課教師同意,學生完成繳費後,方得開班。
    4. 非同步遠距教學課程,學士班課程需達三十人()以上、碩士班課程須達十人()以上才能開班。
    • 以上人數計算,均以本校學生為計算標準。
  5. 學生完成暑修選課或繳費者,不得無故退選,否則以選而未修論,成績以零分計,欠繳費用仍應繳清。
  6. 各班繳費人數如未達開班標準而停開課程者,採全額退費,退費作業日程請留意出納組公告。
  7. 學生暑修修習學分數,每期最多不得超過九學分(含校際選課),修習科目是否列入畢業學分依各系規定辦理。

Ⅲ. Course registration and payment
  1. Course registration platform for Summer Sessions: Go to 連結PU homepage àlog into e-Campus service (enter account name and password) àSummer School Tuition Inquiry System
  2. Credit-fee enquiry
    1. Log into 連結e-Campus service à Summer Session credit fees enquiry; or
    2. Log on to PU homepage à Tuition and Fees à Summer Sessions; or
    3. Download PU APP to your mobile phone à log into MyPU
  3. Payment channels
    1. Print the payment slip and pay for it over the counter of First Bank; or
    2. Bank ATM: Select “Make payment”, key in the bank code “007” à enter the “transfer-in account number” à key in “the amount to be transferred”; or
    3. Credit card payment online: go to the 連結e-Tuition & Fees of the First Bank portal.
  4. Tuition and fees charges: Please note: the charges for the tuition and fees of Summer Session are based on the hours of practicum and laboratory hours.
    1. Standard of charges: Subject to the released information at the 連結webpages of Accounting Office (PU à Administration à Office of Accounting à Tuition and Fees à 連結Tuition and Fees Charges for Day School.
    2. Please contact the Div. of R&C for the charges of non-regular course offering.
Ⅳ. NOTES
  1. The maximum credits per summer session is nine credit hours (including credits earned from on-campus, Excellent Long-Established University Consortium of Taiwan, Summer College by NTU, Ewant, inter-college courses). Any credits beyond will not be accounted for and it is subject to the respective departments whether these excess credits can be accepted as the graduation credits.
  2. To apply for inter-college courses, please complete the application procedure first. Please log into the e-Campus serviceàselect “Inter-college course registration”. For detailed instructions, please refer to 連結the Instructions for Inter-college Course Registration ApplicationMust-read (PU à Administration à Div. of R&C à Instructions for system operation à 連結For Students). 
  3. In addition to complete the on-campus application, those who plan to register courses at Excellent Long-Established University Consortium of Taiwan, Summer College by NTU, and Ewant should complete the registration, course selection, and payment within the specified time by the respective platforms.
  4. The number of students for each subject in the summer session is stipulated as follows:
    1. A minimum of 20 students registered per class.
    2. A minimum of 10 students registered for the Senior and Master’s (including in-service programs) class.
    3. If the number of registered students failed to meet the minimum requirement, when the registered students agree to share the total credit fees for the whole class, subject to the approval of the department and the instructor, the class can be offered upon payment.
    4. For the asynchronous distance courses, the minimum number of registered students is 30 for undergraduate (inclusive) and 10 for master’s courses for the subject to be offered.
    • The number of students mentioned above includes the registered PU students only.
  5. The students who completed the course registration and made the payment can not withdraw from the course without justifiable causes; or it will be considered as complete absenteeism and a ZERO will be recorded in the grade report while all outstanding payment still needs to be made.
  6. If a course is suspended due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be made. Please note the refund date release by the Cashier’s Office.
  7. The maximum credits for summer session is 9 hours per term (including inter-college credits). It is subject to the respective department whether these credits can be listed as part of the graduation credits.
