為製作英文學位證書，煩請同學上網填寫你個人正確的英譯名字，格式填寫範例如下，亦可依護照上之英譯名填寫，資料填寫及最後檢查截止日期為115年4月30日，每位應屆畢業生務必詳細填寫並仔細檢查。逾期修訂或重印英文學位證書者，需自行負擔工本費新台幣200元，敬請配合。

1. 英文姓名書寫格式範例：王珮君 Wang, Pei-Chun (亦可依護照上之英譯名填寫)
   1. 每個拚音的首字母需大寫。
   2. 名字與姓氏間須留一個空格。
   3. 若英文名字為兩個音節，請以連字號(-)連接兩個音節。
2. 填寫及操作步驟：
   1. 靜宜帳號密碼登入至e校園服務網。
   2. 選擇「各類系統功能」→「教務」→「學生基本資料確認」。
   3. 完成英譯名填寫。
