各位老師，您好：
本校依教學評量實施辦法(附件一)實施意見反應調查作業，透過電腦記錄學生出缺席情形，有效整合相關系統作業以及減輕教師的負擔，
「未達教學評量填答標準名單」以線上點名系統轉出資料為依據。
教學發展中心提醒您～
(一)為配合本學期教學意見反應調查日期(12月03日起)，務請授課教師於12月01日(週日)晚間23:59前，完成點名系統之學生出缺席紀錄。
系統擷取資料時以「缺課時數」為主，規則請參見附件二。
提醒老師：本校點名系統每次僅儲存單一節次點名情形，若有多堂課，請老師務必個別儲存每堂課之點名紀錄。
(二)教發中心將於12月02日(週一)統一轉出點名系統之學生出缺席資料至教學評量系統。
(三)點名系統所轉出之資料，將作為學生是否能填寫期末教學意見反應調查之依據，故相關統計資料轉出後，恕無法進行修正。
(四)相關資料轉出後，授課教師可由下列兩種方式查閱：
1.登入e校園服務網／教務／課程點名系統／點名紀錄／統計資料。
2.登入e校園服務網／教務／未達教學評量填答標準名單。

Dear teachers,
Greetings,
In accordance with our university's teaching assessment implementation measures (see Attachment 1), we conduct opinion surveys based on computer-recorded student attendance. This process effectively integrates related system operations and reduces the workload for instructors. The "List of Students Not Meeting the Teaching Assessment Response Criteria" will be based on data exported from the online roll call system.
The Teaching Development Center would like to remind you that:
(1) To facilitate the teaching opinion survey for this semester, which starts on December 3rd, all instructors are kindly requested to complete the attendance records in the roll call system by 23:59 on December 1st (Sunday). Data retrieval will be based primarily on "hours of absence," for which the rules are outlined in Attachment 2.
Please note: Our university's roll call system only saves the attendance record for one class session at a time. If you have multiple classes, please be sure to save the attendance record for each class individually.
(2) The Teaching Development Center will export the data on student attendance from the roll call system to the teaching assessment system in a unified manner on December 2nd (Monday).
(3) The data exported from the roll call system will serve as the basis for determining whether students are eligible to fill out the end-of-term teaching opinion survey. Therefore, once the related statistical data have been exported, we regret that no corrections can be made.
(4) After the data has been exported, instructors can access it in the following two ways:
1.Log in to the e-Campus Services Portal / Academic Affairs / Course Roll Call System / Roll Call Record / Statistical Data.
2.Log in to the e-Campus Services Portal / Academic Affairs / List of Students Not Meeting Teaching Assessment Response Criteria.
